I saw a post here that touched on Dion parallels with Aymeric and let me tell you how my brain aligned them for all of ff16
I think it was because of their overall color themes but
I saw Dion as Zephirin but following his shattered heart and making amends for what he did when tempered
and Barnabas as Aymeric but following with his father’s plan instead, maybe assuming the throne as Thordan VIII
